I am pleased to announce the recipients of the 2024 DAR American Revolution Legacy Grants! 15 grants totaling $64,500.00 were awarded this year, made possible by the newly launched Friends of Education Fund and through the generosity of the President General's Project. New this year, we awarded our first ever "Founders Grants" for a project demonstrating exceptional impact.

A special thank you to National Vice Chairs Holly Hornsby Becker, Ariane Spidel, and Robyn Ratcliffe Manzini for their tireless work on the application, process, and judging for this grant program, now in its second year.  And thank you to our Executive Liaison, Organizing Secretary General Nancy Wright, for continuing to serve as such an advocate for this initiative.

The Daughters of the American Revolution celebrates our recipients - and all of our nation's teachers - this week during National Teacher Appreciation Week!
